About Becky Joy
Becky Joy is a plein air, impressionist artist using rich, luminous colors. She is known for the light in her paintings whether she is painting a sunset or a still life painting of sunflowers. Her paintings have a glow to them. She is a signature member of several national organizations, including the American Impressionist Society, of which she is also an officer, working as Show Chair.. Becky teaches workshops from her studio, online, across the US and in Europe, spending much of her summers painting on location in Europe. She offers a blog with art tips, demos and lessons on her website, Painting Workshops Online, http://paintingworkshopsonline.com, which is dedicated for the purpose of helping and teaching artists.
